About this tool
Resume Builder lets you fill in your details section by section (contact information, summary, skills, work experience and education) and see the finished resume update live beside the form. Choose from six templates (Modern, Creative, Executive, Minimalist, Academic and Slate) and an accent colour. An ATS readiness score checks for the things applicant tracking systems and recruiters look for: contact details, a summary, enough skills, experience and education entries, and achievements with numbers in them. Stuck on wording? Insert a summary or achievement template with [bracketed] blanks, then replace each blank with your own facts; the templates are starting points, not finished text. Your work is saved automatically in your browser, and you can download a JSON backup and import it later. When you are done, print to PDF from the print dialog. Nothing is uploaded to our server. The preview can be set to A4 or US Letter paper, so the layout matches the paper size employers expect in your country, and the contact section includes a field for your LinkedIn profile or website. Because everything is kept in your browser’s storage, you can close the tab and continue later on the same device, and the JSON backup lets you move your resume to another computer.

Add contact info, a summary, skills, experience and education. The preview updates as you type.

What makes recruiters keep reading
Measurable results stand out: “cut support tickets by 30%” says more than “improved support”.
Templates are prompts. Replace every bracketed part with your own facts; never send a resume with placeholders.
Use the same key skills and terms as the job advert, where they are true for you.
Open Job Description Keyword MatcherBrowser storage can be cleared. Download a JSON backup after big edits.
Most recruiters skim quickly. One page suits early careers; two pages are fine with longer experience.
Save it as FirstName-LastName-Resume.pdf so recruiters can find it easily.
