1. How Your Files Are Processed
Most tools on this Site run entirely inside your web browser using technologies such as WebAssembly, HTML5 APIs, and JavaScript. With those tools, the files you open never leave your device.
A small number of tools need processing that browsers can’t do well, such as compressing, protecting or repairing PDFs, converting Office documents to or from PDF, and removing image backgrounds. When you use one of these tools, your file is sent to our server over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, processed automatically, and returned to you. The uploaded file and the result are deleted from our server as soon as the result has been sent back to you. We do not keep copies, look at your files, or share them with any third party. Each of these tools says on its page that it processes files on our server.
2. Information We Collect
Apart from files processed as described above, we (and our service providers) may collect limited information automatically when you browse the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and general usage data. If you contact us through our contact form or by email, we collect the information you choose to provide (such as your name, email address, and message).
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences (such as your theme and consent choices), measure traffic, and — where enabled — serve advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage your consent at any time using the cookie banner on the Site.

6. YouTube Tools
Our YouTube tools (such as YouTube Video Info, YouTube Channel Stats, the thumbnail downloader and the timestamp generator) use YouTube API Services to look up public information about the videos and channels you enter. By using these tools you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. The link or handle you enter is sent from our server to YouTube; we do not access your YouTube or Google account, and we store no personal data from these lookups. Public results are cached on our server for a few hours (well within the 30 days YouTube allows) to stay within our free quota, then discarded. You can review apps connected to your Google account at Google security settings (our tools never request this access).
7. Consent (EEA, UK & California)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a region with similar laws, we request your consent before setting non-essential cookies (such as advertising and analytics cookies). You may accept or reject these cookies using the banner shown on your first visit and change your choice at any time.
